The HK VP9 gun measures 5.41" long by 7.34" long by 1.32" wide. Weighing in at 25.56 ounces, almost 2 ounces more than a Glock 19, the HK VP9 has a barrel length of 4.09 inches.
Regarding capacity, the HK VP9 comes standard with a 15 or 17 round magazine. The HK VP9 can be used with a smaller 10 round magazine if limited.
On the other hand, the Glock comes standard with a 15 round magazine. Both guns can be equipped with extended magazines, increasing the capacity to more than 30 rounds.

In the latest version of the HK VP9 you can find a cut option for capped optics. The base model Glock 19 is not optically ready, but it does come with an optically ready version (Glock 19 Gen5 MOS).
Comparing the HK VP9 and Glock 19 in terms of safety features, it can be seen that both of them have a strong safety system that gives peace of mind, although no safety device comes as standard.
